The verdict
The drugstore baked blush with a soft, multidimensional glow, relaunched in 2026 with up to 12-hour wear.
Milani Baked Blush is a powder slow-baked on Italian terracotta tiles, which the brand says gives a marbled mix of tones and a natural, lit-from-within glow. It was relaunched in early 2026 with grape leaf extract, olive fruit oil and a claimed 12-hour wear, in eight shades at $12.99. The relaunch prompted several creator try-ons and new-versus-old comparisons. The formula is infused with shimmer, so it is less suited to anyone who wants a flat matte blush.

How it scored
Five factors, weighted for makeup. Here’s our working.
Beauty score out of 10. Brands can’t pay for placement — ever.
Milani promises a natural, lit-from-within glow from swirled shimmers and backs it with consumer-panel claims; the built-in shimmer is the point but limits versatility.
Milani now claims up to 12 hours of wear from a clinical study; independent long-wear tests of the new formula are still scarce.
Eight shades on the brand site, down from 11 before the relaunch, cover pinks, roses and berries, with no shade marketed specifically for deep skin.
$12.99 for a full-size baked blush is among the cheapest prices for this finish, and the brand cites Nielsen data naming it America's #1 baked blush.
The relaunch drew multiple 2026 creator comparisons, and older swatch videos of the line have hundreds of thousands of views.

I still really like the Milani baked blushes the glow is so pretty without being too much and they blend really nicely on me. I don't think the reformulation changed much at all, they still perform just as well as the older ones at least in my experience.
I really like the Milani baked products they give such a pretty soft glow without looking overly shimmery.
The old milani baked blushes were good, I can’t comment on the reformulation though.
I love the baked blushes from Milani plus I don't have to pay 30$
